I have now had the pleasure of working with Ben on fencing projects at both of my homes—my seasonal home on the Connecticut shore and my primary home in West Hartford—and I couldn’t be happier with the results. This past winter was an unusually difficult one on the shoreline, with significant wind and snow accumulation. I received a call from my neighbor letting me know that part of my wooden fence had fallen onto their property. I immediately called Cox Fence, and Ben responded right away. He went down to the property and had the entire damaged fence removed quickly and professionally, which was a huge relief. In the spring, Ben replaced the old wooden fence with a beautiful new white vinyl fence, and it looks fantastic. The quality of the work is excellent, and I’m thrilled with how much it has improved the look of the property. I also worked with Ben at my West Hartford home, where I recommended him to my neighbor after we both decided we wanted a new fence between our properties. Ben did a fantastic job on our shared fence as well. It looks beautiful, and both of us were extremely pleased with the finished product. What I appreciate most about Ben and Cox Fence is that they are responsive, professional, reliable, and truly care about their customers.
